As a part of our sessions on the Friday and Saturday afternoons during conference, we are launching ‘TBCO TALKS’. Our conference is devoted to equipping the body of Christ to “Cover The Earth” with the spirit of the Lord in each person’s individual sphere of life. We will be hearing powerful talks from amazing speakers who are ambassadors of the kingdom in their respective fields. Confirmed guests include:
Seven-time GRAMMY® nominated and five-time Gospel Music Association’s Female Artist Of The Year, Natalie Grant, has become an iconic name in Christian music, using her platform to continually point people to the love, hope and restorative power of Jesus Christ for over two decades. In addition to her music, Natalie has authored several books and is also known for her philanthropic work. She is co-founder of Hope For Justice International; an organization that rescues and restores victims of human trafficking, with 23 locations in 10 countries across 4 continents. Natalie resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, music producer Bernie Herms, and their three daughters - Gracie, Bella and Sadie.
Bernie is a GRAMMY® Award-winning songwriter, composer and producer, whose career includes over 30 #1 hits, multiple GMA Dove Awards for Producer of the Year and Songwriter Of The Year, as well as BMI’s prestigious Songwriter Of The Year award. The range of artists he’s worked with include Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Selena Gomez, Kelly Clarkson, Hillary Scott (of Lady Antebellum), Barbra Streisand, Natalie Grant, Tauren Wells, Casting Crowns, Danny Gokey, Matt Redman, Brad Paisley, Steven Curtis Chapman, and many more. Canadian-born Herms makes his home in Nashville, TN with his wife Natalie, and their 3 daughters.
Matt Redman is married to Beth and they have five children. Matt has been a full-time worship leader since the age of 20 and this journey has taken him to countries such as South Africa, Japan, India, Australia, Germany and the Czech Republic. Along the way he has sung in venues such as the Angels baseball stadium, Madison Square Garden, both old and new Wembley stadiums, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Royal Albert Hall. Matt’s earlier songs include 'The Heart of Worship’ and 'Blessed Be Your Name'. More recent music includes the double-Grammy winning ’10,000 Reasons’ and his latest album “Glory Song” recorded at the iconic Capitol Records building in Los Angeles.
With more than 12 million units in career sales and a whopping seven GRAMMY® Awards, TobyMac's career continues on the fast track. Jonas Myrin is a GRAMMY® award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer who has written and worked with legendary artists such as Céline Dion, Andrea Bocelli, Barbra Streisand, Jewel, David Foster, Carole Bayer Sager, Idina Menzel, Jessica Simpson, Natasha Bedingfield, Nicole Scherzinger & Lauren Daigle. His prophetic voice has found profound global impact in the church, with songs such as "Cornerstone," "Broken Vessels (Amazing Grace),"and "No Other Name" with Hillsong Worship, "Our God," and "At The Cross (Love Ran Red)" with Chris Tomlin, and "Great Things" with Phil Wickham. He has written extensively with Matt Redman earning multiple award nominations and the 2013 GRAMMY® award for Best Contemporary Music Performance/Song with "10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)". Jess has been working in the Real Estate market since 2012 and has well over $100 million in sales.
Jess has also been actively investing in Real Estate for the last 5 years and has recently launched a coaching business to help people understand the power of real estate investing and creating passive income.
His passion is helping people better navigate personal finances and to create passive income so that people can spend more time focusing on their own passions.
While studying worship and creative arts at Hillsong College, Maggie released her first album as an independent artist in 2010, from which she landed her first placement in an iPad Commercial with her song “For What It’s Worth”. Once back in the United States, Maggie moved to Nashville to further develop her songwriting, and within her first year she signed, focusing primarily in writing for film and television. Maggie has since acquired over 450 syncs in film and TV over the past few years with her artist project RUELLE, and in 2019 she was named “Top Sync Artist of 2018” by Billboard. Her songs have been heard on TV shows as well as promos for the 2016 summer Olympics, Google’s year end campaign, and several feature ﬁlm trailers.
Ryan Lampa never set out to work in the music industry or feed homeless people, but he ended up with loads of experience doing both. From touring around the world to starting a local outreach to teaching college students pursuing careers in music,
Ryan credits his interesting journey to “planning for the best and accepting better.” His favorite experiences to date are meeting and marrying the girl of his dreams and becoming a father of three. He and his family live and love here in Nashville

Nate and Joanna Lampa are passionate about creative and simple ways to love others.
They are constant learners and have found purpose in serving and partnering with those on the margins of society- including those experiencing homelessness, incarceration, and extreme trauma.
Mark H. Maxwell
Mark H. Maxwell is an entertainment attorney, music business veteran and college professor. As a lawyer, Maxwell represents a diverse roster of recording artists, celebrities, record labels, music publishers, authors, songwriters and producers. As a professor in Belmont University’s prestigious entertainment business and songwriting program, he created their popular course on Bob Dylan and teaches courses on music business, faith and culture, and copyright law. Maxwell is passionate about serving as a mentor to the next generation of creatives and entertainment business professionals. He lives in Nashville with his wife and children.
