Q: WHEN DOES CHECK-IN OPEN?

A: Check-In will open three hours prior to our first session on Thursday, September 12th at 4:00pm.  At check in, you will receive your wristband and info on the upcoming sessions before heading through security check.  

We suggest getting in line early!

Q: I’M BRINGING A GROUP.  CAN WE RESERVE SEATS?

A: We’re happy to offer limited reserved seating for groups of 15 or more. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. Please email concierge@thebelonging.co to book your seats.

Q: CAN I BRING MY INFANT / CHILD?

A: You are more than welcome to bring your infant to conference.  A nursing mother’s room will be available. For potty trained kids aged 3 to 6th grade, we have a TBCO Kids Conference during the morning and evening sessions at a fixed price of $59 for all three days. You will pick your child up at the beginning of your lunch break and can check them back in after dinner, before the evening session. Kids check-in will be 30 minutes before the morning and evening sessions start.

Q: WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CHILD BETWEEN THE KIDS CONFERENCE SESSIONS? 

A: We know some of our younger kids will need to go home for naps, but your child is welcome to join you for the afternoon breakout sessions. The nursing mother’s room will stay open through the entirety of conference.

Q: WHAT ITEMS ARE BANNED AT MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM?

A: Municipal does not allow outside food or drinks in the venue. On the list of banned items are the following- weapons of any kind, chains or wallet chains, knives or sharp items, fireworks or laser pointers, audio/video recording equipment, studded or metal belts, umbrellas, or face masks. Due to safety regulations, we also cannot accommodate luggage of any kind.  We suggest storing luggage at your hotel. Anyone entering the building is subject to being searched.

Q: WHAT RESTAURANTS ARE NEARBY?

A: There are many restaurants within walking distance of Municipal Auditorium, with even more options a short Uber/Lyft ride away.  A few of our favorites are:

Q: WHERE CAN I FEED MY COFFEE HABIT?

A: Nashville is known for it’s great coffee options.  Please note that Municipal Auditorium does not allow outside beverages. But for in between sessions, here’s a few of our favorites:

Q: I’M FROM OUT OF TOWN.  WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND NASHVILLE?

A: Nashville’s public transport system is limited.  We suggest Uber, Lyft, or renting a car.

Q: WHERE CAN I BOOK ACCOMMODATION?

Q: I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AND ATTEND CHURCH ON SUNDAY.  WHEN WILL YOU BE HAVING SERVICES?

A: We will be having one combined Sunday service at Municipal! The service will be at 11am. There will not be any services at Rocketown that Sunday or Tuesday. We hope you can join us!

Q: WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER MAKE IT TO CONFERENCE?

A: All tickets are non-refundable, but transferable up until August 31st. Please email us at contact@thebelonging.co with the name and details of the person you would like your ticket transferred to.
